I finally got around to getting the Cyclops ones.  I already had the auxiliaries from the same company, so I am confident that the added cost would be worth it.  I wanted them more to save watts.  After I had everything buttoned up, I did a 12 minute tune.  With the aux lights on, my voltage stayed in the green at idle.  Even when the fan kicked on.  A bonus is that they are crazy bright and are actually white.
