quick question: My tigers' main ignition switch is dead, and I am looking for an alternate solution, as the new one is quiet expensive..
Found on ebay, a set from a used 2002 st sprint T695 (according to the seller), at a very reasonable price.

Is it compatible? any advice welcomed.
Thank you
Peter

Hi, Mustang and JoeDirt!

Appreciate your help, looks like I have to look for another option.
Now, at least, I know what I am after.

My Tigre main switch, gave up the ghost, while we were touring near Nurenberg, Germany last summer.
We continued our tour, all the way home, by applying some brutal / primitive "fix" on the spot..

This bike, is amazing. I love it

Thank you both, for your help
Regards

Peter

I had a switch on my Sprint RS that failed, only problem was needing to re-solder the leads to the back of the switch.  I've heard it is a pretty common failure point.

True, I have a good friend that is automotive electrics expert (usefull to have friends like this :icon_wink:).
That was his report, after checking. He said that damage is beyond repair levels..
Need to be replaced.

Thanx anyway for the tip
