trust in garage is this end...
thanks
If your oil drain hole threads are stripped, I wouldn't trust teflon tape and silicone as a repair. If it suddenly lets go when you are riding you can quickly end up with a seized motor!
The proper way to fix it would be to drill, tap, and helicoil and use are larger drain bolt.

To get your oil filter off, and easy trick is to take a long screwdriver and stab it through the filter's side. Then use the screwdriver as a lever to twist off the filter.

good morning!! thanks very much!!! i will never trust the bike in garage for oil changes!!! i have a torque wrench and will do it my self!!! and you now the oil filter and drain plug NM torque settings? 20/30 nm? thanks
i do in my another bikes and car and never had this issues!!!
for this helicoil need to take of the pan right?
and the drain valve i show in first post? is good? with this never more issues
torque for the drain plug is 25Nm
see also: Girly Talk > Girly Wisdom and Illustrated 'How-To' Threads > Torque values
With a new helicoil, bolt, a new copper or alu O-ring you'll have no problems anymore!
I have no experience with this drain valve thing. (wouldn't go for it personally)
And if you want to drill properly, I think you'll have to take the pan off.

I have tapped plenty of things without removing them and having it squared in a jig. It's definitely doable without removing the pan.. but you obviously run the risk of not getting the threads square.
I think save a thread and helicoil are both going to give you satisfactory results.
It killed me how the one guy sprayed brake cleaner into the drain hole! That stuff liquifies oil like crazy, I sure hope he really flushed that out afterwards :bug_eye
I wouldn't use the drain valve either, but I can't really see why it would necessarily be bad.

IMHO you could certainly go for these options, but then you have to purchase a drain plug 14x1.25! The OEM plug is 14x1.5

14mm is the diameter of the bolt, 1.5 is the pitch of the threads (distance from one thread to the next), and I would assume that the last number would be the depth of the insert?
Quick ebay search gave me this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Helicoil-Thread-Repair-Kit-M14-x-1-5-Drill-and-Tap-Insertion-tool-/140887307211?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item20cd89b3cb which contains everything you should need.
Is your OEM bolt stripped too? I'd be surprised.. if it is just get a 14x1.5 drain bolt too!

now my oil filter does not came out even with screwdriver!! so i will make a tool for extrat it!! like this one
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k2nDh93-Yog
That's a lot of trouble to go to. Better use a strap wrench if the screwdriver didn't work. You can make one if you want to save money, don't really need seatbelt webbing, just about any soft webbing will do. Grip as close to the base plate as possible. This is just one suggestion Youtube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9J-YWVDcjZs)
my filter now is like this

hi, already repair the thread with helicoil!! but next time i will try the other alternatives... helicoil is like a spring!! i prefer the spark plug thread repair is more solid. like time sert

Well done repairing the drain plug :thumbsup
With a crack in alloy, epoxy repairs will only slow the leak down as you can never completely remove the oil from the crack. Welding repair is possible but very difficult forthe same reasons.
Save your money my friend and send a letter to Santa Claus for an undamaged sump.
It seems counter=productive, but the crack needs to be drilled to stop it spreading. Just a small hole, 2.5 or 3mm at the very end of the crack. Make sure you definitely find the end of the crack first. The idea is that the crack ends in the hole so it can't spread any further due to vibration etc.

And let the oil piss out. Good work John. :ImaPoser He needs to take it off and get it welded.
Working on his previous comments I assumed he was going to try to repair the crack using epoxy, in which case the crack needs to be stopped first. I thought that was so bleedin' obvious I didn't need to spell it out :BangHead
hi i end up install a bleed valve like this one and i weld the crack with jb weld!! now only have oil coming out from the valve itself in the inside sphere. the oil crack the jbweld stop the leak
